The Bradford Collection includes 5 unique spaces for couples to celebrate their special day. Our building, built in 1926, has been a staple in Boston's Theater District for almost a century. With a rich history in Boston, starting all the way back in the 1700s.
In 1767, brothers Abijah Crane and John Crane purchased the land upon which the Courtyard Boston Downtown now stands. In the years leading up to the American Revolution, John Crane became a member of the Sons of Liberty, a secret organization that worked to fight taxation by the British Crown. On December 16, 1773, John Crane participated in the Boston Tea Party alongside his neighbors.
